Boat Slip Rentals - 2008 Complete our online Boat Slip Rental Application Members of Eagle Point Marina and Boat Club have four choices for Boat Slip Rentals.     Our Marina has 112 Slips     Premium Use Membership · $2500.00/Season Premium Use: Members who pay the annual seasonal slip fee of $2500.00 may enjoy full use of an electric, covered boat lift, their dock space, paved parking, members' pavilion, showers and restrooms, the beach and grass areas. Members' immediate family, i.e., spouse and children who reside with them full time, may also have the same use privileges. The pavilion is available on a first-come first-served basis, and can be reserved by members for special events with prior written approval by management. Add Storage: $2975.00 Superior Use Membership · $2300.00/Season Superior Use: Members who pay the annual seasonal slip fee of $2300.00 may enjoy full use of their dock space, paved parking, members' pavilion, showers and restrooms, the beach and grass areas. Members' immediate family, i.e., spouse and children who reside with them full time, may also have the same use privileges.
